About Me
Jen Faragitakis, MA, RP(Q)
Hi, I’m Jen. I know firsthand how anxiety and overwhelm can take over your life. There were many times when I felt stretched too thin, struggling to balance everything while trying to manage my own inner chaos.
For years, I believed I just had to push through, but the constant stress left me feeling tense, disconnected, and exhausted. Even the things that were supposed to help—like meditation—felt impossible. Every time I tried to quiet my mind, it seemed to get louder, leaving me feeling even more anxious and like I was somehow failing at calm.
That experience taught me a valuable lesson: finding peace and emotional resilience isn’t about doing it perfectly. It’s about discovering what works for you.
Now, as a therapist, I help women navigate anxiety and overwhelm with tools that are simple, practical, and backed by science. Whether it’s nervous system regulation, mindfulness, or bite-sized strategies to ease stress, my approach is always tailored to meet you where you are.
I understand how hard it can be to take the first step, but I also know how transformative it can feel when you finally have the support you need.
If you’re looking to reduce anxiety, find calm, and build emotional resilience I would be happy to support you.
