About Me
Jen Faragitakis, MA, RP
Hi, I’m Jen. I know firsthand how anxiety, overwhelm, and self-doubt can take over your life. There were many times when I felt stretched too thin—trying to hold everything together on the outside while feeling completely unsettled on the inside.
For years, I thought I just had to push through. But the constant stress left me feeling tense, disconnected, and exhausted. Even the things that were supposed to help—like meditation—felt impossible. Every time I tried to quiet my mind, it only seemed to get louder, leaving me to feel even more anxious and like I was somehow failing.
Over time, I found approaches that actually worked for me. Tools that brought more calm, clarity, and self-trust. These are the same kinds of psychotherapeutic methods I now share with my clients.
My approach is compassionate, strength-based, and collaborative. I draw from a blend of nervous system regulation tools, somatic therapy, mindfulness, positive psychology, parts work, hypnotherapy, brainspotting, and expansion brainspotting. I’m passionate about supporting women who are ready to find clarity, break free from old patterns, and grow into more connected, authentic versions of themselves.
